Welcome to the Oversoul (“Application”), developed and maintained by Multidimensional Self Inc. (referred to as "Service Provider," "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease using the Application immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Service Provider. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Application.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. If significant changes are made, we will notify you through the Application or via email. Continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. License Grant and Restrictions

The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Application

  • Decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Application

  • Use the Application in any unlawful manner or for any illegal purposes

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your access to the Application and legal action.

3. User Obligations and Responsibilities

As a user of the Application, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when required

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

  • Use the Application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

You must not:

  • Use the Application in a way that causes damage to the Service Provider or other users

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Application or its related systems

  • Transmit any malicious software, viruses, or harmful code through the Application

The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device. Such actions may compromise your device’s security and affect the functionality of the Application.

4. Third-Party Services and Links

The Application uses third-party services to enhance functionality. These services may have their own Terms and Privacy Policies, and by using the Application, you agree to their terms.

Third-Party Services Used:

  • OneSignal – For push notifications

  • RevenueCat – For subscription and in-app purchase management

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. You access third-party services at your own risk.

5. Internet and Data Usage

Certain functions of the Application require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for any issues caused by lack of connectivity or if your data allowance is exhausted.

You are responsible for any mobile data charges incurred while using the Application, including roaming charges if used outside your home territory. By using the Application, you confirm that you have permission from the bill payer to incur such charges.

6. Privacy and Data Security

Your use of the Application is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Application, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal data but cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that any data you provide is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service Provider makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Application's reliability, availability, or accuracy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application

  • Loss of data, device damage, or unauthorized access to your personal information

  • Interruptions in service or issues caused by third-party services

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Application

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the Application.

Upon termination:

  • Your rights to use the Application will immediately cease

  • You must delete the Application from your device

10. Updates and Modifications

The Service Provider may release updates to the Application to improve functionality or address security concerns. You agree to download and install updates to continue using the Application.

We do not guarantee that future updates will be compatible with your device or operating system. We also reserve the right to discontinue the Application or any of its features at any time.

11. Warranties and Disclaimers

The Service Provider does not warrant that the Application will be free from errors, bugs, or interruptions. Your use of the Application is at your own risk.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising from your use of the Application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California, USA.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to you via the Application or email. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Application after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
